We have been patterning Dillon. On Friday, he was lifting his head a whole lot!

I have been following your progress with Dillon for a while now. I am on an email list with your mom.

I have a 7 year old son who we adopted at 18 months from foster care. He has many special needs, is mostly non-verbal and non-mobile.

We looked into doing the program from the Institutes a few years back, but decided it was not what the Lord had for us. In retrospect that was the best decision for us, as the Lord had my husband pastor for a while, and it would have been too difficult to do both of those things, I think.

BUT I wanted to say that you are doing a GREAT job! Dillon is progressing physically, but most importantly, he is making great strides mentally. You can tell from the videos that he is hearing your instructions and he is following them. That is just WONDERFUL!!!

I was amazed that as smart as the folks at the Institutes are about the physical body, they still insist on an evolutionary model. I am thrilled that you were able to present them with Dillon's story and your testimony of God's work in your life.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if they found the Lord through one of these little ones they have given their lives and careers to help???

Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that you are doing so well! I know the program is difficult! Don't be discouraged! Dillon is making progress and he is learning and he is pointing others to Christ.

In Him,
Alesha
